Remote Control with web tablet or whatever

I am looking for a large screen configurable remote control for home theater use. I am partially blind and what I have is getting worse thus the large screen necessity. Also since I am no longer working cost is an issue. Is there anything out there or even available software for a laptop that might work for me???
 
Thank you, while this is not what I was looking for re home theater remote controls, this site will help me to continue use of the computer. It is getting harder to see my 20" monitor and typing is also becoming more difficult.
