remote control/admin software for Win32 machines

Currently Remote Admin but we are looking for a replacement because A) Famatech has been promising version 3.0 for YEARS now and has not delivered, B) RAdmin cannot be centrally managed and C) I developed centralized management tools for it, but Famatech altered their registry structure in v2.2 to some sort of single hashed key for all attributes and refuses to give us information about how the key is now generated.

RAdmin used to be the best in the business, but the world has moved on while RAdmin has not.

for talking with servers I use terminal services

I have tested vnc, free, easy to use, slow
also have tested dameware, very powerful, no client install needed, not that fast

Yeah I've used RAdmin in the past (and stilluse it to control my home machines) and have been looking forward to 3.x forever too. Famatech just has never delivered.

If you find a suitable replacement please let me know.

I use Dameware for workstations, remote desktop to servers.

EDIT: dameware is also used for managing AD. It can also export AD information too. Very useful tool.

I've tried out Altiris Vision, but NetSupport School really caught my eye. It's got loads of nice features, such as group chat, individual chat, request help, push and execute files at clients, share control, showings, and all sorts of other cool things...

Of course this is more monitoring software than remote control...
