Remote Backup

Does anyone here know know of any solutions for making remote backups of Windows computers? We have about 5 satalite offices, and we used to do the backups individualy there until one of those offices got robbed along with the server, and the backups!? So we want to do backups to our main server here at headquarters. we have a 3Mb/s DSL line depending on the wind with 384Kb/s up. I think the remote sites have about 256Kb/s up. What would a good solution be? all the sites have approximately 10 gigs of data each.
