Has anyone ever used MSN Messenger for remote assistance? I tried to yesterday and accepted the invitation but didn't see the screen where the take control button is. Please help me.
Thanks,
Mike

I remove msn messenger the minute I install XP,(which takes a lot of doing) but well worth it to keep that pos program from waisting my memory bandwidth and clock cycles. I always make my customers use outlook for remote assistance.

How do you set that up?
