Just curious if there are any good applications available that can give me complete access to my home PC from anywhere.

I'm basically looking to have it work so I can basically operate my computer while out of town as if I was there.

Additionally, my connection runs through a router so given that I know my external IP, how would I go about then connecting specifically to my computer within that IP address.

Oh yeah, and I don't want one of those subscription based companies online.
