Remote Access with SSL Encryption

I was wondering about a remote access program called RemotelyAnywhere. It uses SSL 128bit encryption and runs a webserver where you enter your NT login/pass and can control your whole computer. How secure is this? Do I have to worry about people breaking in through it?
