I am trying to set up remote access on windows 2003 standard server- not remote desktop. Does anyone know what port I forward to the remote access server Static IP? I found the list below and at the bottom of the list it shows TCP on the remote access and sharing service as port 1723. Is this what I need to set up the forwarding in the router? On the remote client I was going to use the router public IP like 24.186.140.227:nnnn and forward port nnnn to the remote access server static IP like 192.168.1.100 in the router.
