It's also not too late to join. There are currently 10 teams with a maximum of 20. The League id # is 10273, password is anandtech.
If you won't be able to make it, you can "pre-rank" your players to your liking. The Yahoo rankings aren't the best(Shaq #6, David Robinson #11, Brent Barry #36???) so you can change the order you want your players to be drafted in. You can do this from your team page, just click on Edit Pre-Rankings near the top.
