I prefer thongs over regular undies. My thought is: The underware is more likely than not gonna end up bunching up anyways...why not put it there to begin with. If a thong is the right size and made out of natural fabric like cotton, there should be no health issues. I don't like regular panites cuz even if someone has the nicest behind, they are gonna add bumps and lumps.
