haha I actually thought about selling dvd rewinders on ebay one time, just to see if people would be dumb enough to buy them or would get them as gag gifts. Now I feel like that guy from the inventor informercials that says, "I had that idea but never did anything with it. Now they're making millions off it. I could have been rich!"

I don't know why you laugh... I tried it, and it totally works. When I put the dvd back in my player it started from the very beginning. Of course, I didn't want to pay to rewind it again, so I just searched backwards to the beginning and quickly ejected it, hopefully they don't notice when I return that it's not quite at the beginning.
