the joke starts where Peter is talking to Barney and hes taking a dnup in that birds mouth, ie flinstones where animals preformed tasks, like an elephants trunk for the faucit in the kitchen

the bird after parney is done said something like and you think your job sucks

then when it makes the refrence to meg being on her period the sheep says not again, as it wouls be the tampon, another flinstones refrence that you totallymissed
