I played through Episode 1 of that Sin Episodes, and it was pretty bad. I might check out the original Sin and see how that is.

The original is kind of a Quake 2 Duke Nukem 3D mixture, really a great game.

I was thinking of re buying it not long ago, but I had some small problems with the demo on Windows 7.

This game was fun, I remember playing DM against a friend and our scores were in the 100s.

Ah yes good old Elexis Sinclaire.

I played a LOT of deathmatch on the map where you were shrunken down. It was great fun. Reminded me a ton of Duke 3d deathmatch....

Yep, I downloaded the beta when Sin was released, and thought it was a great game. But I was too wrapped uin other games at the time, and never bought the full version.

Fastward 10+ years, I bought Sin off ebay, and could not get it to run on windowx xp. Now I regret not buying Sin when it was released.

I have not tried sin on windows 7 - 64bit, so I dont know if it will run or not.

It's a Quake 2 engine game, and if you have an NVIDIA card, you can get it to run with Inspector or nHancer using the extension limit "0x00001B58".

SiN came out at the same time the original Half Life did.

I remember trying to decide which to get (was young, couldn't afford both).

Suffice it to say, I got that other one....and never looked back. 😉
