Sean Astin and most of The Goonies except Corey Feldman.
Anna Paquin.
Melissa Joan Hart.
Most of the kids on Saved By The Bell. (Dustin Diamond is an asshole but not a junkie.)
Henry Thomas.
And a metric butt ton of others.

I think the two finest examples of child stars getting fucked up and surviving to a decent age are Carrie Fisher and Tatum O'neal.
The best examples of child stars not surviving to a decent age would probably come from Diff'rent Strokes.

Tatum O’Neal? I saw a news piece on her recently and she is not exactly the most mentally stable person.

Jody Foster or Natalie Portman would have been better picks.
