I'm looking to build a PCTV for use in my kitchen. I'd like to place the box under the cabinaet and be able to power it on from above. I went to radio Shack and got a project box with the hopes that I can just cut the wires to the circuit board that the switch is mounted to and splice in longer wires. In the event that this doesn't work, what kind of switch is used? I think it might be mometary contact, but with the press and hold for 4 seconds" turn-off feature, I'm not sure.
