Released an Iphone Theme (Kinda!)

Hi Guys!
I fell in love with Katra's weather HD and the style of the Orbbluebird theme. However I had a few qualms with it,

• I did not like some of the changes to the ui, such as the new mute / pause volume Icons, the SMS Icons, and a few other things, so I changed / altered them to the way I like best!

• I did not like the grassy field of Katras new HD theme.

ALL CREDIT GOES TO THE ORIGINAL AUTHORS OF THE THEME I JUST REDID THE WEATHER WALLPAPERS AND GOT RID OF / CHANGED SOME UI ELEMENTS I THOUGHT WERE UGLY!!!

So I mixed the 2 themes, basically using photoshop and combining the orblive wallpaper background with the readily available Katra Icons. I also made avilable the PSD for anyone else wanting to do their modding.

I assume you have to jailbreak it before you can change the theme, right?

It looks good. How did you make it to have only 3 row of icons in the main screen?

You can just drag the icons off of the main screen to a second screen. Can do that without a jailbreak.

Just a heads up though, I know you give credit to the authors of the themes, but I would double check that they allow their themes to be redistributed and modified. 99.9% of the time the authors don't care as long as attribution is given (which you did), but I have seen a few rare examples where the author doesn't permit any modifications nor redistribution.

Nevertheless, I like how it looks.

Once you jailbreak an iPhone, you install Winterboard through Cydia. Then you SFTP/AppleTalk to the iPhone and drop any themes you want in /private/var/stash/Themes/. Then load Winterboard, select the theme and press the home button. The phone will respring with the new theme.

After installing the Orbbluebird, the Katras HD theme keeps on updating in the lock screen. Do yo know what would cause this?

Edit the configureme.js file with your correct zipcode / city and you should be fine.

I did. Katra would work if I didn't enable bluebird.
