unless the movement is made possible by a vortex propelling them. you notice they make them by hitting the surface and moving real quick from there, or change the size by hitting them.

that was actually fascinating, because it just gives further evidence of how badass dolphins are. They are the canine of the sea, or canines are the dolphins of the land. not sure which was first in the order of evolution.
watching them make there own game is awesome and entertaining. dolphins are so cool.

pretty much daily I fidget and just try to be aware of the tension in my neck/shoulder muscles and change my posture
 
I lay on my bed and tighten then relax every muscle in my body starting from the toe up to my head. Then, I try to think of sliding down a long neverending pole.
