hmm... beer.... I haven't had one of those in 8 months... why? for the RELATIONSHIP! Maybe it's time to break that. I mean, who the fvck cares 'bout it right? Corona sounds good.

What makes you say that, Beau? Does it still have to do with the whole keeping in touch with her ex thing?

Anyway, thanks for letting us know just what's on the surface and reminding us of our experiences. Uhmmmm . . . sounds good. :p

Seriously. You dated a woman that wouldn't let you have beer and persisted in carrying on a relationship? You're as fscked in the head as she is. Please tell me the relationship at least featured KnobGobble-on-Demand (TM).

<-- Been in a GREAT relationship for 1 year. No/rare fights, no unwanted sacrifices or concessions, and all around perfect. :D

I think life just sucks after about age 12.

It's been all downhill for me after learning there was no Santa. :(

Beau, don't mind the guys saying you made a bad decision not drinking 'cuz of the relationship. ;) I know I would love my man so much if he made that sacrifice for me. I don't mind if a guy drinks, but of course in moderation and on occasion only. However, I would really love him if he actually stopped drinking. His brain cells need to stay intact, and I want him to proudly show off his abs instead of carrying a gut or having to work out all the time to get the abs looking good. Yes, appearance matters to me. I don't know your gfs reason for wanting you not to drink. For one, it could be for religious reasons, but I'm just stating my point of view.

You guys are sooooooooooo right! I mean really, when you were little ( Santa beliving-little ) you didn't have to worry about ANYTHING! You either did not understand it ( stuff like politics, carreers, women :p, etc ) or you had your parents to look after it for you. ( Cooking, cleaning, arrangments, etc... )

I remember sitting in our caf this year, looking out at the kids accross the road playing outside during recess. I envied them.... :brokenheart:

No, she's not. She's really damn skinny, actually. Luvly, eat something. :p ;)
If your face is half as nice as the rest of your body, luvly, you have every right to be picky about how your man looks.

And it's one thing to drink *less* or to watch one's wait for a relationship, but from what Beau indicated, he hasn't had A BEER since the relationship started. A. BEER.

Now, either his g/f has major issues, is a religious nutcase, or both.

Thanks, Amnesiac. I do eat . . . a lot sometimes!

Yeah, Beau's gf's case might be just for religious reason. Or maybe there was a drinking issue. Hence she asked him to forgo drinking, for fear of it ruining their relationship. Hopefully Beau will explain the reason for no drinking at all for 8 months. Maybe we'll also get to know what made him make the statement tonight (i.e., "relationships suck"). :p

He's a big wuss giving up social drinking if he liked doing it before.
