Because WoW is an MMO Light, catering to the Diablo 2 crowd. EQ2 is a heavy weight, catering to real RPers. :laugh:
MMO Light, perhaps... However there are a couple of things to keep in mind; EQ1 didn't have the depth of content or challenge at its inception either. This came along with Kunark, Velious, and Luclin - and was taken away with PoP and the... what, 500 expansions? since then. It and EQ2 are both "MMO Light" now as well. If you want an immersive challenge as I do, wish with me that Vanguard will fill the role. Until then however, WoW is easily the better choice.Originally posted by: Bateluer
