Do employers usually let prospective employees know whether or not they got the job? These interviews can take about 3-4 hours of your day.
I'm 99% certain that my prospective employer would email all the candidates today, but its 7:40pm already, and I haven't heard a word.
Should I just take the lack of notification as a rejection?
