Reinstalling Windows?!

I was wondering if i have to reinstall windows switching from MSI K8NGM2-FID(chipset Nforce 410) to DFI Nforce 4 Lanparty Ultra-D(chipset nforce4 ultra) or do they have the same chipset hence not needing to reinstall?

i don't quite remember if i had to reinstall windows last time i swapped the board

anyone?
