I have 2 hard drives in my system. One holds all my programs and OS, and the other holds my important documents. So recently I have been having trouble with XP. So I deleted the whole partition that contained XP and reinstalled(leaving my documents intact). Now when I go to open the folder on my other drive that was my "My Documents" folder before I reformatted, it cannot be opened. How can I get into that folder? I guess it's a security thing, but I really need a way to get into that folder. It is formatted in NTFS, if that helps anything. Please help me.
thanks,
-doug

Right-click the Desktop My Docs folder and select Properties. Use Choose Target to navigate to where your stuff is in and paste that path into the field. I have the same setup with the docs on another drive.
