REinstall XP help , XP help doesn't work

On a new computer, I installed XP home on, I am having a strange problem I have never had. When I go to, START, HELP and SUPPORT, type in an item, I always get nothing for replies. This is one of 3 computers I run XP on that Ihave built. Everything else works. I would have never known it but I needed the XP help and kept getting nothing. Is there anyway to just reinstall windows xp help and not have to reinstall windows completely ?
