I think i've decided that the use of OTC drugs are the most effective way to regulate my sleeping. I really don't think that I have the will power to do it on my own. I've tried, its just no good. So, I was thinking of something like meletonin at night and nodoze or some sort of caffiene in the morning. I don't plan on doing this for long, just until my body is under normal sleeping hours. Is this a really really bad idea?
