Registry Repairs

I was wondering if anyone could suggest a good registry cleaning tool, preferably freeware. i've tried a few but haven't found one i was happy with. I would like to have one that gives good info on the reg key and suggests which to remove but also gives me the option to remove the entries individually.

I use TweakNow Regcleaner. It doesn't give you that much information on each registry key, but it informs you of which entries are definitely safe to delete.
