Registry Cleaner Problems

Is it possible for registry errors every time I run my PC? Every time I run Registry Cleaner, I come up with errors! The first time I ran it, reg clnr came up with all sorts of errors, but now, it never finds much of anything critical, and I'm not having any problems that I really notice without running the cleaner. Should I just leave it alone, and run only every now and then?
