Registering to Vote

Quick question, if I do not vote in the primary elections in California, am I still allowed to vote in the Presidential Election at the end of the year? Quickest way to register? Also, is it true that you are put into the whole jury duty thing when you register to vote or is that automatically done when you turn 18?

you can vote in general election if you skipped the primary, but get in before the deadline if CA doesn't have same day reg.

The jury duty thing is already done once you're 18.

The jury duty is done through a lot of methods like a driver's license or ID card.

if you don't care about the justice system enough to be willing to serve on juries, then please please please don't bother to vote
just stay on the sidelines and let the people that care take care of it all for you
