I want to purchase a domain name and I want to set up a forum on that domain name.... Do I have to take into consideration if cgi, perl, etc. are allowed or is that strictly hosting only?

it shouldnt matter where you purchase the domain name-- you will have to find hosting that supports it though.

just what the internet needs. more forums😉 😛
