Refurbs from NewEgg?

A friend of just called and asked me what I thought of buying a refurb motherboard from NewEgg since he knows I purchase from them a lot. I've never purchased any of their refurb stuff so I really didn't know what to tell him. I told him I would snoop around a bit and see what I could find out. Anyone have any experiences with NewEgg & refurbs?

Only good experiences here, usually just customer returns missing a cable or such that they can't sell as new merchandise.
 
Thanks for the info. I was a bit worried since he's planning on buying a MB from them that is a refurb.
