They're OEM items. I've purchased a similar deal on the HD205 (they might still have it for $12 shipped), and that came in clear plastic bag with a cardboard top (like the packages that toy soldiers or cables come in) in newegg-style packaging. The HD205's did come with the 1/4" adapter.
Unfortunately, I cannot spare $70 right now...I decided that I couldn't make it without food for a month...so I hope someone jumps on it for me.
