Refurbished Dell/Sony Monitors

I am looking to purchase a 21" monitor and was wondering if anyone had any experience with refurb monitors and where is a reputable place to purchase them? The new ones are around $600 and being a poor college student, I would like to go with a refurb and save a couple hundred.
 
I bought a refurbed sony g400 from ubid a year or so ago. absolutely no problems and I couldn't be happier. it was alot cheaper than buying it b&m new or any online place for that matter.
 
I bought a Dell/ Sony Trinitron 21" G400 from a dell refurb in Dell canada for $250 US, I as well am very pleased with the product, no problems yet *knock on wood*
