Refurb Radeon 9800 Pro $104.20 shipped @ Newegg

for god's sake don't do it... i bought a refurb 9600 once and I didn't know it had a proprietary cable to hook it up to the monitor... I knew it wouldn't come with the cables, but I didn't know that the 9600 was the only ATI card that had this weird connector. I had to buy the connector from ATI, then sell the thing in disgust... completely my fault, but BEWARE refurbed items... you get the card, THAT'S IT.

Good price but I had horrible experience with Newegg.com refurnished. And Im sure most of these are returns after they find out the core is only r350. I would rather get one from the forums or a new one for $20 bucks more. You can find the forums selling the R360 core 9800 pro for just a bit more as well.

motherfu...ing ditto on this. Buy a reburb newegg at your own risk. I bought one and ended up returning it THREE times because it was defective. I eventually just returned it and took a bath on the shipping costs and return fees. DON'T DO IT.
 
not trying to rattle chains here but you most certainly DO get accessories with some refurbs from newegg. I bought 2 9800 Pro's when they were $130 from Newegg and both sets came with drivers, cables, adapters, even a manual. I will say though that one of the cards was bad and the replacement I got for it wasn't much better. It works, but the computer locks up a lot and I feel its due to the video card.
