Not too shabby, overall.
Of course, for the same money, you could get a brand-new Ryzen 3200U laptop with 4GB DDR4 and 128GB SSD, 14" HP with 768P screen, @ Walmart.com. Just for comparison. (I happen to be typing this on one.)
Edit: 2019-10-16: Still available, but @ $299.99. Not as hot a deal, but the i7-3770 is still pretty potent, with 16GB of RAM. For a basic desktop / browser-box, this would be great. Drop in a LP GTX 1050 ti ($160-190), and you could turn it into a basic gaming box.
I did just that, with a similar model I picked up for $120 or so, with 2x2GB DDR3, 250GB HDD, and an i5-3470 build. I doubled the RAM, put in a 500GB-class SSD, and did a fresh install of Win10 Pro. (Mine came with a Win7 Pro COA. Activated Win10 Pro no problem, just a few days ago, actually.)
Edit: Alive again, now at $229.99, which is cheaper than the original deal. Not bad.
