Decent little card.
Don't know anything about Mwave, and this IS a refurbed card.

Link

I've used a Gainward Ti4200 64mb before upgrading to a 9800 Pro. Solid performer in it's bracket.

wow...nice price.

after shipping, it was $49 for me. since i just picked up the same model of card w/ 128MB from newegg (also a refurb) for $60 shipped, i'm not gonna get in on this, but it is a GREAT deal.

these are supposed to be very good overclockers, although the stock fan tends to die quickly....

Hmmm...not a bad deal at all...it would be a decent upgrade from the Geforce 2 PRO. Anyone have a link that rates the speed difference of old cards like these?

I ordered one. Sucks that they charge $9.00 for ground shipping. Will take 5days before it gets to me.

To bad its not the 128meg version. Even though theres really still not much difference with the extra memory. Although i'm sure that will change down the road.

Nice find OP. I just hope their return service is just as good as neweggs if I have a problem with this.

Edit: mWave has a thirty day warranty on refurbs compared to neweggs's 14 day one. Nice.

100 MHz CPU overclock on one of my two 128Mb 9280's, but they have very crappy ram chips. These are "8X" AGP cards (not the older and slower 128mb cards). Running 345c/545m and 325c/525m from 253c/513m defaults (45.23 drivers, stock cooling). Tested an MSI 4200 with samsung ram ok at 600 MHz plus.

Ordered a 64mb Asus Ti4200 on Wed. with the Soyo K7VME $50 -$50 FAR mobo deal (now $15 AR). Hope it has better ram chips than my 128Mb boards.

Ahh shucks! I was thinking about picking one of these up...I guess I thought about it too much. You snooze you lose.

MWave has been dicking me regarding my shipping address for a few days now. It's on file with my credit card company. I've successfully called them twice to verify it myself, but MWave.com insists that it isn't on file.

Now they're saying that the FAR Soyo motherboard and the video card are OOS. The Soyo motherboard is still in stock according to their website. And the videocard should have been set aside when I ordered. My credit card has already been charged!

I've always liked MWave.com, but I'm getting disillusioned very quickly. If they don't fix this crap, I'll have to take things to Reseller Ratings, etc.
