Refub HDD's. Can tell by label?

Can you look at the labels, on Western Digital drives specifically, to tell if they're refurbished (warranty returns)? These drives come sealed in static bags too, correct?

I believe that you can look up the serial number on the warranty website, and they should have that information, IIRC. First place I would look at any rate.
