Does the monitors refresh rate affect mouse performance? I have a logitech cordless mouseman wheel and it just isnt smooth at all. I thought it might be my refresh rate or my monitor (NEC FE950@85hz@1280*960).
Refresh rate related to mouse smoothness/speed/accuracy?
