Refresh Rate in Game Mode

I know you could do this in win98, but I forgot the registry key to edit.

So now, how do you change the refresh rate in game mode for win2k? I changed all the default values in the registry to 85Hz for all lower resolutions and deleted the lower resolutions; but when it drops into any game, the refresh is 60Hz. The flicker is really messing up my HL experience.
 
You want to edit the driver .ini file. Go throught the file and delete the refresh rates lower than what you want to use. After this reinstall the driver using the edited .ini.
