Refresh Rate Fix Not Working :(

I just got in a new monitor today, and I've been playing around with it.. I'm running a gf3 ti200 with the 23.11 drivers installed, and using the refresh rate fix.. but it's not working

I can still see some horrible scan lines.. they seem to be the same whether I set the monitor at 60hz or 85hz. I even dropped the resolution to 640x480 and ran at 120hz.. same thing. I don't think the refresh rate is actually changing.

Any advice? I'm stumped.

Used NV Refresh Tool.. didn't work
Used detonator destroyer to completely uninstall drivers, then reinstall.. didn't work
Used NV Refresh Tool after that.. didn't work

I dunno what else I can do.

Download and install RivaTuner - it has a built-in refresh rate fix that works for all versions of the detonator drivers.
