Reference 6800 Ultra?

Someone is selling a 6800 Ultra that I want to buy. He said it looks like this. Is this a reference 6800 Ultra and if it is is it just as good as any other brand? (not including the factory overclocked versions)

It should be, and that pic is of a refrence 6800 Ultra.

well.....i dont know ive seen these been sold on ebay. Id rather trust a good manufacturer, unless your not overclocking. The reference ones have been showrooms and stuff displayed to the general public, and sometimes someone will win it. Not saying its not as good as any other ultra but ive never experienced a reference card either. It all depends if you trust it.
