What she said was out of line, particulary with law enforcement. In the moment we have all done embarrassingly stupid things we regret. Fortunately we don't have it paparazzi'd everywhere.

The apology counts, not as arrogant as initial reporting has made this incident sound.

Hollywood... When you get paid 20 million a flick... They do live in a different world than most of us.

Getting belligerent and self-important when drunk sounds like the world the rest of us live in too. She was drunk, got obnoxious, regretted it the next morning. Most of us have been there. So she'll pay a fine and everyone moves on, not a big deal. The same thing probably happened 10,000 times last night all over the country.
