No threads dedicated to stoners? I would have figured you nerds would have dissected every aspect of the sport by now. Best devices, most efficient delivery methods, best strains, firefly vs pax flame wars? This subject too taboo for this site or what?
That's odd, most of the people I see standing in line at the store are 40-50 somethings. We're all old now and out of the silly pot head stage of teenagers and 20 somethings.

Haha, that was worth the scan. If you get a chance to partake again, you have a couple of options. Go for a strain that is high in CBD. Or, if someone you know has a vaporizer with an accurate temperature control, dial the temp down below 400. 390-400 degrees is when most of the psychoactive THC gets activated.Used to enjoy it when I was younger, but these days it just doesn't agree with me anymore: Every single time...
Now that I can obtain it legally I don't have that problem. Menu selections tested for exact potency and concentrates mixed with a nice vaporizer have made it quite convenient.Delicious alcohol like expensive barrel aged beer is easier to get and more socially accepted.
There are two types of stoners
I'm the one on the left. So I stay away from it - mostly. But if you happen to be visiting someone and they offer, well, one doesn't want to be rude, do one?

Sure, but still illegal at the federal level - just the state opting to not observe them. Plus you have to pay in all cash and go to a licensed operating store and all that shtuff
Of course, I live in a state that is still in the stone ages and demands all liquor stores close on ye-holy Sunday. For god allows us to drink to excess - but not on his day of rest... he demands our attention...

Yeah, you've still got to worry about job-related drug tests, impact on future employment, getting jammed up in non-legal states... It's nice that states are decriminalizing it, but unless you're retired or in a situation where you will never get tested, it's just not worth it.
One bad move and it can ruin your life legally. Meanwhile the arguably significantly worse alcohol is ubiquitous.
Nobody gets tested unless you are shit at your job and they are looking for an excuse to fire you.Very true, I forgot about that. I'm curious what the laws are on that - specifically in states like CO where it was legalized.... Can an employer still fire you in Colorado if you test positive for it?
Though I will say, I've been with 3 employers thus far (about to be a 4th) and I've yet to ever be asked to take a drug test. Ever. I guess that's white collar work for you? Maybe I'm alone there. Curious on others here if you get tested or not.

Except for radio and a 3-hour per week job in college, I've been tested by every employer I've had at least once, including a McDonald's (after I slipped and cut my arm up). The others tested me before hiring and some during employment. They all also made me sign paperwork saying I could be tested at any time.
Maybe I give off a stoner vibe![]()

I just wish we had a better grip on a measurable method to describe impairment levels, as we obviously have for alcohol. The feds have much bigger fish to fry. It's just a matter of time before it's as legal as alcohol.
I'd expect testing for government work but the laws are going to have to change to keep up. A positive test for marijuana doesn't mean anything to anyone like other drug tests do because when you test positive it doesn't mean you are currently under the influence. The test is meaningless.I've signed paperwork saying I can be tested at any time (probably standard legal language on everyone's sign-on documents). I've still never been tested ever. Not before employment, nor during.
I wouldn't be too certain of that... See @Chaotic42 post above. I also know a few folks in the oil/gas industry that have said they are pretty stringent on their drug tests.
Also the wife is a federal government contractor, and I want to say she gets drug tests and mandatory physicals every 1 or 2 years or something.
Easy, just have the officer offer them those Doritos tacos from Taco Bell. If they accept, book them for DUI because they're wasted.I just wish we had a better grip on a measurable method to describe impairment levels, as we obviously have for alcohol.
