Reedeming Assassin Creed 4 code

So I got an Assassin Creed 4 promo code when I got the EVGA GTX 760 from amazon.

I followed the instruction on the email and it directed me to their promo website.

However, I see two different instructions.

The top one direct me to enter my details (Which I am a bit hesitant) and the bottom link directs me to go to the UBI playstore.

I don't know which one to do...

Mostly likely the code is to be redeemed in your first link, and they will send you a code to redeem it on the Ubisoft store in the second link.

You can just try redeeming the code on the Ubisoft store first, worse case it is invalid and wont be recognized because it is an nvidia code.
