lol i remember on baseball tonight a couple of days ago they were totally making fun of some left fielders arm. The runner wasn't even at third base when the guy "launched" the ball, and the slow ass runner still scored easily

i forgot who it was though
 
Well Sox tie it up in the bottom of the first. They got bases loaded with nobody out. Contraras isn't pitching that well.

All the pitches that hit the Redsox are offspeed pitches. They could have gotten out of the way if they wanted to.
with 2 strikes, I'd get hit purposely too
 
Yep, all three were unintentional, especially the one that hit Millar after he hit 3 foul bombs that went a total of about 4 million miles, then he gets hit square in the back. Yep, that seems unintentional to me. :roll:

i missed that hbp, but I would assume that was intentional, considering Millar is on a tear right now and Contreras gave up 6 runs.

There is no need to talk trash. Here's why:

A) The Yankees are 8.5 games ahead of Boston at this point in time, so at least for now, they are in the driver's seat as far as making the playoffs is concerned.
B) It's 6-2 in the 3rd inning. If you remember back to Friday night, the Red Sox had a 4-1 lead in the 6th inning and the Yankees put 5 runs on the board against Schilling. So this game is far from over.

This is the problem with most Red Sox fans. Your hatred towards the Yankees manifests itself in endless amounts of premature, useless trash talking sometimes accompanied by desires to physically harm Yankees fans. On the other hand, most Yankees fans don't actually hate the Red Sox or their fans.....they just like to give Red Sox fans a solid heckling every once in a while.
