you used to drink moonshine and kill people with a shotgun while you run around in overalls and beat women...
Good for laughs, but a really dumb game, pressing f1-f12 would make you yell dumb things like, "Boy yer about as sharp as a bowlin' ball!" or "yee-haw!"

Lots of fun first time through. It gets old and I couldnt get very far on the 2nd trip.
Games like that are a nice thing when you have too many serious titles running around.

Yes, played it, there was a time when the FPS genre didn't take itself so damn seriously.

Ditto.

Was fun, but this was back in the day when we expected less.

I remember having this way back, the game itself wasn't that great but the soundtrack was awesome. The CD propably spent more time in a cd player rather than the computer :p
Mojo Nixon, Reverend Horton Heat and the Beat Farmers

Yes, I remember and as I recall the HD space requirement at the time was insane. Something like 450mb :)

I remember really wanting to playit, and when I finally did was disappointed.
I preferred DN3D (of course), Blood, and even Shadow Warrior over RR.

I played the Alpha for the game around the time that I played Shadow Warrior regularly. It was fun. I never did get the whole game though. I probably would have bought it if I saw it at the store though. It was a lot like Shadow Warrior though, but the Alpha had quite a few bugs in it.

Although, I just went back and played it again and the graphics look horrible. LOL, i can't believe I thought that was good looking, and i also played Descent, that looked horrible as well.

Played this one as well ... I remember it was on a twilight zone cd, an illegal cd circuit that would bring out cd's full of illegal games and other kinds of applications. This was long time ago though, like 10-12 years ? Lots of fun for sure. If I could I'd play it again, that be pretty nostalgic :p

I remember my 486 with 16 MB of RAM absolutely sucked for that game. Then I upgraded to 32 and BAM! Super smooth frame rates.

Man, that game was incredibly fun and stupid. Loved it!

I loved Duke and Blood, but never really got into Shadow Warrior... but yeah, I had the same feelings.

I confess that I not only played it a bit, but paid for the 'uncensored' feature that provided the most gratuitous profanity I've ever seen in a PC game.
