Redirect limit for this url exceeded

Why am I getting the message Redirect limit for this url exceeded?? I get it when I try to reply to someones post on a different website, its the only site this happens on. I contacted the site and they told me to enable my cookies, which I did, they also suggested I call my ISP, which I did. They are totally stumped!

Also the site fatwallet.com doesn't load for me , I can go there maybe 1 day a week with no problem, anybody have any suggestiosn?
