I deleted my viewports (workspaces) on the panel and I can't find where to add it back in...

I'm new to the linux vocab so I don't know what you mean by WM/DE.

Here is more detail.

installed on an 866EB with 384MB RAM
using Red Hat 7.1 with Server Installation
running GNOME
