RedHat 7.0.9 Beta (fisher) Anyone having problems with ATA100 drives?

I get everything up and running, then when I try to upload lots of files from the network, it locks up and the files on the partition that I was uploading to are bad. It won't even boot up because it's doing a disk scan and it tells me to run fsck manually

I end up just reloading the system
