What causes Internet Explorer to "Red X" most if not all pictures and display a "Page not Available" page when browsing the Internet...? I can't even get to Ubisofts page to Register my FarCry to play online.

well, disable peerguardian. it's blocking ubisoft.com. i just opened peerguardian and tried the site and i couldn't get there. as soon as i went there, surprise surprise, peerguardian gave me a message saying it blocked it.
 
Thank You soooo much. It was blocking EVERYTHING. I really don't use P2P anymore so I disabled it for now.
