With Schneider and Lidstrom, the Wings don't need another PP QB.

Bondra would be my first choice but I think Washington would want too much for him ,and probably Gonchar too.

Zhamnov would be a nice short term solution, and his contract would be off the books for whatever the next season ends up being.

Not convinced I'd want Lang... he's never been half the player he is this year... and to me, that just screams fluke. He's always been solid, but never anything more.

But the "Gonch" has been one of the highest scoring D-man in the leauge for a while. Besides....... Lidstrom is lumping this year (he is in my hockey pool).

Yeah.......... he is a pretty soft player. We'll see how he does for the rest of the season without Jagr.
