I don't have a habbit of watching sports, be that live or televised, but it would be interesting to see some of the ATOT people. Are there plans for a post game something? perhaps, that I could join

Hadn't thought about that. What do you all (that are attending the game) think?

Depends on the wife, my wife is now 6-7 weeks pregnant so unless she keeps eating from time to time she feels nauseas. We will be taking Marta down also so that plays a factor for us as well.

Well, it is not that much and big of a deal, really. It is just that recently there was a get-together in the midtown, which I meant to attend, but completely forgot about. Now, I am looking for a way to make up for that, I guess. There will be other times.

No worries, mate

Oh yeah, that was vi_edit's bachelor thingy. We had a good time shooting pool and getting him completely soused. 😀

Brush up on your earthquake survival skills, fellow Georgians - check THIS out! Okay, so I'm kidding about the survivial skills bit but the EARTHQUAKE was for real!

For the record, it was a 3.5 and I was awake for it, and it WAS very noticeable, I'm 10 miles from the epicenter. Until an hour ago I had blown it off as a REALLY big bad thunderclap the other night even though I knew in my heart it was a tremor just like the one last year (which no one believed me about EITHER, LOL). My Mom actually called me to tell me that no, I was NOT totally insane when I told her we'd had an earthquake the other night, but that I was still crazy on all other counts 😛

For those of you gettin' together for the game, have a blast!

BTW, bunch of friends and I will be headin' to the Heart concert at Chastain Park on June 22, planning on spending a couple days over there just for the heck of it, I'm takin' my kids AND a sitter 🙂 If anyone's gonna be around then give me a shout 🙂

Sassy

Have fun everyone, thanks for organizing this Fausto, I wish Donna and I could've gone but we already had commitments for tomorrow 🙁

The Misses and I will be there as soon as I can get out of our staff meeting. Tax season has been a PITA.

Supposed to rain tomorrow, but hopefully not when were at the game. North of the city, late in the day according the genious meteorologists

Would like to come watch the Sox (I hope) beat up on the Bravos. Too bad, no time. Maybe I'll get sent on a last minute trip up there, there's an account I'm working on in the Atlanta area... it could happen. I doubt it though. 🙁

Well, they didn't beat up on them but they won. Was a rather boring game, hope it was more fun for those of you who got to see it at the ballpark!

It was nice to meet Mr. & Mrs. Alm99 😀.

Got a little too cold for our 1 yr old so we took off at the 7th inning. It was nice seeing Jones belt a home run though. 🙂

I think it started out at about 60 degrees and went straight down from there. Alm99 and Fausto showed up wearing shorts and tee shirts...you shoulda seen the size of the goosebumps on their arms and legs 😛.

Still had a good time though, I'm sure some pics will follow.

Those weren't goosebumps, dammit! I just have big follicles! 😛

Had a great time everyone, too bad Ulfwald couldn't make it. It was good meeting everyone, but next time we will have to do on a MUCH warmer day. Good meeting the bunkers and their very cute baby. Fausto, you guys stay the rest of the game?

EDIT:
Game
Some player
Sheffield going to the plate
Sheffield at bat
Turner field
Cold, very, very cold.

Almost. Mrs Fausto was starting to turn kinda blue at the start of the ninth so we took off. First Braves game I've ever left early......I'm so ashamed. 😱

😉

GO REDSOX! 😉

Nice pics...looks like you guys had fun! 🙂 And Fausto...you look nothing like that pic of you and your old bike that you've posted...:Q
