clingy, trust/insecurity issues (ie always has to know what you're doing, always worried about you leaving them for someone better). hell basically everything, the flyingpig summed it up.
 
Addiction or high interest to soap operas. Means she loves drama and watching it on TV, so she is more prone to being dramatic/bitchy in person.

My pet peeve are the materialistic S. Cal women, holy shit, they're pretty fucking ruthless.

It wouldn't be so bad, but they can't see beyond the Lexus/Mercedes/upside down house financed for a gazillion years 🙁

I hate people who Have to answer the phone no matter what. Unless one has a Career involved in Life/Death situations, a ringing Phone doesn't need answered.

People who never answer the phone. They are incredibly unreliable because it's impossible to get in contact with them.
 
Stay away from girls who have trashy mothers. Because that's what your woman will look like in 30 years. This is a fact.
